Interesting blog. Are you a proffessional life coach of some kind, or how did you decide to start this?

Needed this! I am not addicted to gaming, but am currently trying to find my purpose, identify my values, meet my obligations and make some money. Just resigned from a job at a company helped found, and feel like I am starting all over again. I learnt many lessons about myself duringthe start up experience and realize I am entering a new phase in my life - adulthood.

2 factors are drive the demand for big change:

1. Lessons learnt on interpersonal and business relationships
2. Lessons learnt about myself

I would have more energy to wake up in the morning and not spend the whole night on facebook, but I am lethargic partly because I am demoralized by the loss of momentum having to leave what I was doing, and something I had spent so much energy on. I am also recovering from the surprises, and fighting energy I spent trying to hang on, understand, make things work, panic, fear of loss of credibility, embarrassment, sense of topsy turvy environment, lack of control, etc

All these things have left me feeling like taking a life coaching class to find the handbook for adult life, personal, career, international business.

That is how I found your blog. If you know of a program that is scientific, please share
