The second month!
I can’t believe how fast the last 30 days have passed! It seems that just yesterday I was writing about the first month milestone, and now I’m already ending the second month and starting the third.
First of all, I want to thank you all for being around and making this possible! Because without your help (direct or indirect), I wouldn’t have made it this far and the results would’ve been much lower.

Talking about results, here are the figures for the second month of blogging.
- Akismet Spam has protected me from 488 spam comments. That’s a 250% increase in spam comments and it’s a good sign, it means that the word about this blog is spreading!
- Visits for the last 30 days: 5,347 total visitors, a daily average of 178. The visitors generated 10,010 page views, 333 daily average. These numbers show a 417% growth over the first month, and I want to thank you all for this!
- The comments number has grown to a total of 216, of which 168 in the last 30 days. That’s a 445% increase in commenting activity! Huge thanks go to the commentators for this!
- I’ve written 29 more posts, that’s 17 short over the first month. But I like to think that the quality was higher! I’ll let you be the judge of that.
That’s a condensed overview of some of the important numbers. Now let’s get to the top 10 articles, because there have been some major changes there.
The number one post at this moment seems to be What is Self Improvement?, a definition article for the self improvement term. It occupies the first position with more than 2,340 views.
The second position is taken by Philosophy without life - I, robot, with 1,405 views. This article represents my personal view on the current mechanisation of the human thought and life.
On the third place, we find Arthur Schopenhauer and his view on life. The view count for this post is very close to the second position, with 1,286 views received. This is a rather short article in which I bring into attention the perspective that Arthur Schopenhauer had on life. He believed that people are perpetually unhappy because they are pushed by a natural will to strive forever without ever being satisfied. He also believed that this natural will could be controlled through the intellect and thus reduce people’s suffering.
Only the first three positions deserved special attention, so I’ll simply list the next 7, in the order of their popularity.

Well, that’s about it. There has been a very healthy growth over the first month (over 400% in many aspects) and I want to thank you all again for your contribution!!
Hopefully, the next 30 days will be at least as good at the past 30 days!
Thank you!
